Are you a seasoned Deputy Manager within the realm of Residential Children’s Homes, eager to advance in your career? Ready to embark on an exciting new journey? Our client is preparing to launch two new two-bed Residential Children’s Homes in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

We're seeking two  Deputy Managers prepared to transition into Registered Manager roles, overseeing the operation of a two-bed Children’s Residential Home. This remarkable opportunity allows you to witness the inception and evolution of a home, working alongside our Recruitment Team to assemble your own staff.

The starting salary is £43,500 per annum, increasing to £47,000 per annum upon home registration and full operation. Following a successful annual appraisal after 12 months, the salary will rise to £50,000 per annum. Additionally, there's an annual bonus potential of up to £3,000, contingent upon specific criteria, with an extra £1,000 for achieving an Outstanding Ofsted Inspection.
