Residential Deputy Manager - Children's HomeRole: Residential Deputy Manager- Children's HomeContract: Full Time, permanentSalary: Up to 33,112.56 (including sleep in shifts) Location: PenrithSpecific Hours: 42 hours per week- shift pattern on rotationWe are currently seeking an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our services based in Carlisle.North Lakes Children's Services is a well-established local provider of therapeutic residential care and education for boys aged 6-18. If you are a qualified and experienced Children's Home Deputy Manager, we would love to hear from you.Click 'Apply' for a full list of tasks and responsibilities for this role.All Applicants must have:Have an understanding of the issues that face young people in careHold Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalentExcellent communication and listening skillsBe willing to learnBe able to work well as part of a small teamBe willing to undertake a DBS check at enhanced level if successful for the position.
