Position: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Preferred 2-5 years PQE) Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

About You:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (we would be open to considering lower PQE candidates with the right experience) - Experience of dealing with a full and varied caseload including but not limited to: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and re-mortgages, help to buy, new-build and shared ownership - Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines under pressure. - Exceptional drafting skills and comprehensive knowledge of the residential sector.
