Are you a skilled and experienced conveyancing paralegal seeking an opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive law firm?
About the Role:
Our client, a traditional law firm, is currently seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join their thriving conveyancing department in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters, including purchase, sale, title transfer, and new build transactions. From initial instruction through to final completion stage, you will ensure exceptional client service and adherence to all deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
your own caseload of conveyancing matters, ensuring efficient handling of purchase, sale, title transfer, and new build transactions.
as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent communication and support throughout the conveyancing process.
all transactions are handled with precision and attention to detail, from inception to close.
effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and deliver outstanding client service.
About You:
a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a conveyancing paralegal, with a proven track record of managing a busy caseload.
organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
communication skills, with experience in direct client interaction.
collaborative team player, committed to contributing to the success of the conveyancing department.
