Residential Conveyancer

A highly reputable legal 500 law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy property team in Farnborough, Hampshire. This role has become available due to growth and the firm are looking for candidates with 3 years + Residential Conveyancing experience.

Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and those qualified by experience will be considered.

Duties will include:

• Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
• Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.
• Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
• Conduct legal research where appropriate.

Desired skills:

• Fee earning experience essential within Residential Conveyancing. At least 3 years PQE.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Professional and proactive approach.
