Duties
Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
You must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Great communication skills
Enthusiasm for the industry
Proactive and self-motivated

Annual salary up to £45,000
Remote working available
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
