Residential Conversion - Project Manager – Full or Part Time.
Stirling Area.
A full-time or part-time project manager is required for a property company with a development in the Stirling, Perthshire area. The role is to manage the conversion of a large existing dwelling into 17 flats.
Position Details
Job type: Full-time or part-time - employed or self-employed contractor.
Salary: Up to £60k pro rata.
Location: Stirling area.

Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an experienced project manager at a residential conversion project, dealing with all aspects of the development including procuring materials, managing labour and health & safety.
Requirements:
Certification preferred, but not essential.
Good communication skills.
You need to be reliable, flexible and able to do the job.
Have the ability to work on your own initiative.
An awareness & experience of the importance of health and safety.
Attention to detail.
Responsible & organised.
Take pride in your work.
Enthusiastic, motivated & trustworthy.
Well-presented & punctual.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
UK driving licence.
