Childrens Residential Support Worker
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Childrens Support Worker. If you have a passion for caring for vulnerable children and young people and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:
Key Requirements:
Driving License: Full UK driving license required
Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
Experience: Minimum of 6 months paid childcare experience in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Experience working with children & young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties, learning difficulties, and challenging behavior
Ongoing development and training provided
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide care and support to vulnerable children & young people
Handle emotional and behavioral difficulties with empathy and understanding
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
