Respect and affirm their racial, cultural, and religious identity and lifestyle.To advocate for and support children and young people, which could include representing them or accompanying them at Schools, Health facilities, job centers and other events.To assist in returning children/young people to their families or help them to move on to alternative carers or preparing them for adulthood as part of the Care Plan and Pathway Plan.To help field social work staff, parents and carers in the design and implement of Care Plans and Placement Plans for each child/young person, considering the views of the child/young personExperience working with children's or young adults -Nursery Nurse/ Teaching Assistant/ Childcare ProviderLevel 3 childcare qualification desirableUmbrella £16.85 day rate, night rate £22.46 , bank holiday £33.70, overtime £25.28Locations North - East - South West of CardiffCar driver essentialPeople willing to do sleep in's are preferred but not essentialEssential Requirement:Eligible to work in the UKHold a full UK licensePost-qualified experience Why Liquid Personnel?
