Job Title: Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer
Location: Home/Field based covering the South East of England (Hampshire/Surrey)
Salary: up to £32,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria:
Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare ideally up to Level 5
Hold a minimum of 2 years occupational competency at Management level within a Residential Childcare setting.
Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
Assess and support a caseload oflearners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
