Position: Residential Care Worker
Location: Chorley, PR7
Hourly Rate: �12.50 per hour, �60 per sleep
Weekly Hours: 37.50
Time Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable Residential Service renowned for its high-quality specialised care for children facing emotional and behavioural challenges, often stemming from neglect, abuse, and trauma.
They seek Residential Care Workers for their 3-bed facility in Chorley.
Our client, a social enterprise, employs clinically informed approaches to support children who have endured past trauma, including various forms of abuse and parental rejection. Their mission is to enhance the psychological well-being of children in their care.
Ideal candidates should possess:
* Management/Supervisory qualification
* Valid driver's license
* NVQ Level 4 or Diploma 5 in Children and Young People
* Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce or equivalent NVQ in Counselling Skills
* Training and Drugs Awareness
* Experience in Therapeutic Parenting
