Residential Care Manager

Residential Care Manager Salary: GBP30,000- GBP40,000- (Depending on experience) 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week (Unfortunatly sponsorship is not provided at the moment) The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for a beautiful care home in Wetherby. Previous experience in a senior/ team leader/ Home Manager role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Empathetic and caring nature. Ability to lead a care team Meeting and exceeding residents expectations.
Qualifications required:
You will hold an
NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
