Shifts 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm / 10pm to 6am / 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am (24/5 operation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally and manage confidentiality at all times.
- Care for all site tools and equipment, both company and personal, reporting any loss or damage to the Manager.
- Reset equipment errors caused by product, equipment, or operator issues.
- Step into the Engineering Assistant role if required.
- Perform cleaning and hygiene tasks as needed.
- Work primarily to a planned shift pattern, with flexibility to cover other shifts at short notice if required.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally.
- Support equipment and systems in response to customer requirements.
- Participate in team project activities and follow escalation procedures.
- Attend all relevant training courses as offered by your manager.

- Education and Skills:
- Engineering qualification (NVQ, B-Tec, C&G, HNC/ONC)
- Proficient in PC Skills – MS Office and CMMS (Computer Maintenance Systems)
Organisational:
- Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance background
- Understanding of automation and control systems
- Strong customer-facing skills and effective communicator
- Experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives
