Resident Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity to work for an M&E Service Provider who are currently recruiting for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to work at a large commercial site based in Hereford, Herefordshire. This role is offering a salary of £41,000 per annum depending on experience. Working days only 6am
6pm, on a continental shift pattern consisting 2 days working, 3 days off, 3 days working, 2 days off etc. There will be Fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.
Job Role:
Required to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. The role of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical plant & building services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.

Emergency lighting
Fire alarm testing
