Resident Liaison Officer

Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resident liaison/Tenant liaison officer has become available close to Stamford. This assignment will run for circa 40 weeks and will be the�point of contact for residents during construction work, building positive and working relationships between client, residents and contractors.�

Responsibilities

• Organising appointments with residents for carrying out surveys and planning in works.


• Maintain records of appointments, work scheduled and completed.


• Conduct and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys.


• Be the main representative and contact for residents whilst work is carried out in their home, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring full and transparent communication at all times.


• Attend site and client meetings as required.


• Effective progress reporting

Person

• Strong Communication skills


• Word, Excel and general IT Literacy


• Self-motivated and willingness to work on own initiative.


• Proactive attitude towards development of customer excellence.


• A methodical, professional, and collaborative approach


• Experience with MOD (not essential)


• Experience in a similar role would be ideal.
