Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking for a resident liaison officer to join our team.

Here are the details of the position:

Job title: Resident liaison officer

Location: Birmingham, B11

• Start Date: ASAP
• Payrate: �14.87ph + holiday pay of �1.79ph
• Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri
• Temp to perm �29,000

Role:

• Will be responsible for booking and attending Kitchen and Bathroom survey and design appts and also cover as a CLO to support the tenants having the physical works when required.
• This will need to be someone with strong communication skills and confident with data entry on excel as the information we provide and capture on the surveys is vital to the streams success.
