The Company

A local Social Housing Refurbishment contractor are currently looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer, working in the Wirral area on SHDF schemes.

As a business, this company are established within the Social Housing sector and work with several housing associations and councils throughout the area to complete a wide range of refurbishment schemes.

The Role

• Liaising with tenants directly in regards to the work being completed.


• Maintain and develop all tenant related activities with control and co-ordination whilst establishing close working relationships with all customers, clients and external stakeholders


• Assist in delivering excellent customer service


• Liaise with tenants to schedule appointments for works to be completed to the contractor’s timelines


• Deal with any tenant queries and liaise with the client and your colleagues to resolve.

What you need to succeed?

• To be a successful Tenant Liaison Officer within this role, you will have strong experience working for social housing contractors/ housing associations and liaising with tenants daily.


• You will be accustomed to working on a construction site and scheduling work between the tenants and your Site Manager.


• Excellent Customer service and communication skills working with the site manager and teams to ensure full details can be given to the tenants.
