Matchtech are excited to be working alongside a major civils contractor in Buckinghamshire, and as result we have a live opportunity for an experiened Liaison Officer.Key skills required for this roleImportantKey ResponsibilitiesThe client's main ethos is to strive in customer experience so Social Housing experience is desirable.To provide information and support for tenants whose homes are affected by major works. Key Skills The successful candidate will need an in date CSCS card or be willing to apply for it to work on sites.The role is for a Resident Liaison Officer on a Social Housing Retrofit project. The primary function of this position is to be the first point of contact between our teams and the residents, to ensure the residents are informed at all stages of the works due to take place in their homes. The RLO will also deal with customer complaints etc and provide support to vulnerable residents. Full training will be provided (shadowing a current RLO).As the role is customer facing, the role is full time on site. The option of hybrid working is not available for this position. A driving licence is required as the properties are spread out and the candidate will be required to travel between properties.working hours 8.00-17.00expenses will be paid for mileageFull driving license and own carCSCS Card requestedSomeone who lives around Gerard Cross or surrounding areaMatchtech is a STEM Recruitment Specialist, with over 35 years’ experience
