Hours: 40 per week –
mostly Mon – Fri but some weekend and evenings required as the business needs.
We are looking for a highly organised Central Sales and Reservations Manager to lead our central sales and reservations team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the central sales and reservations team to ensure every guest has an exceptional booking experience from start to finish. You will have extensive knowledge of both Open Table and Collins and will work closely with the Booking Systems Manager to ensure restaurant book optimisation across the estate. You will love process and have the opportunity to review existing and implement new process across the department.
The Central Sales and Reservations Manager will have excellent knowledge of our brands, and is the pivotal point for all head office department, working closely with marketing to ensure precision communication of campaigns and activations to the team, finance to support with reconciliation queries, sales to ensure a smooth consistent approach across the department and operations to ensure that the guest experience translates smoothly from office to restaurant. As an expert relationship builder, you will already built relationships with BDM’s, GM’s and the Ops team both in London and regionally and have direct experience of line managing a team.
