This is a Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week, flexibility will be needed at times.
The Reservations Executive will
Learn and develop advanced use of the ticketing system, the online customer journey and buying process
Assist with ticketing enquiries (internal and external) with the highest level of customer service
Maximise all sales / event ticket sales opportunities
Assist in the production of event sales updates and other reports
Analyse and identify trends and points for action
Deliver an efficient ticket distribution process
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key clients, accounts and stakeholders
Liaise with internal departments to obtain ongoing accurate briefings of current events
As Reservations Executive you will have
Worked in a similar role as a Ticketing Executive or Reservations Executive
Experience with Secutix or similar ideally
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Agility to respond to different work situations, be innovative
Good time management
You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
