We are looking for an experienced Reservations & Events Manager. Working knowledge of 7Rooms is a must.
Work conditions
The Role is based on 40 hours over 5 days, with occasional Saturdays and occasional bank holiday work. The role working days will change to Monday to Friday in the near future. presence during special events might be required (Press events, Concierge events)
The role
As a Reservations & Events Manager, you will be responsible for the Reservations team (3 team members) who are handling external calls and emails, taking reservations and ensuring the best possible experience is given to all our guests right from the start. You will also be dealing with events inquiries and liaising with the Director of Operations in the planning of such events.
The ideal candidate must have excellent command of English (written and verbal), excellent customer service and selling skills as well as a proven track record of training and maintaining high standards and high spirits in a team.
Previous experience in a busy Restaurant Reservations environment is essential, a bubbly personality and exceptional communication skills are also a requirement. London concierge and third party booking sites (reservations and events) knowledge would also be beneficial.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guests experience and has a view on operational marketing that can better the reservations and events. The role is suitable for an experienced Reservations Manager or Assistant Manager looking to progress.
