Reservations Coordinator

An international Insurance company are looking to recruit a permanent Reservations Coordinator. This is based in their office in Central London and will be a full time role but working in the office 4 days per week with one day from home.
You must have experience working with the system Condeco.
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for business partnering with reception, catering and events teams and department managers
Organising meeting rooms and booking meetings throughout the office
Booking client meetings for partners across the business
Organising and booking events
Making bookings for restaurants and other activities for clients and business partners
Responsible for taking messages and making calls daily
responsible for replying to queries and working with the team to resolve issues
Responsible for all round administration duties
