With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Reservationist to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, OXO has a place for you.
As the new Reservationist, you will work 40 hours a week in our Sales Team.

About the role

As a reservationist, you will be welcoming our customers and make their journey through OXO a memorable experience providing a 5* star service. You will:
Provide excellent service for all internal and external customers.
Ensure all incoming calls are answered for OXO
Be comfortable in using booking systems and monitor bookings.
Process large group bookings
Execute sales strategies and tasks as directed by the Events and Sales Manager.
