A bit about what you will be doing
We would love to hear from proactive and outspoken Reservation Agent wishing to join our team in order to handle booking enquiries, providing correct and accurate assistance as well as ensure all guest interaction is professionally handled, understanding the philosophy of the first impression. Previous OpenTable experience is desirable. Hospitality experience is essential along with a high level of spoken and written English. The Reservation Agent will be in charge of handling all incoming calls and email inquiries for the venue reservations. You will ensure the guest records information is up to date to be able to exceed the customers service expectations to maximise the number of bookings. You must have an exception in planning and organizing skills to be able to support the full operation of the reservation and reception team.
