Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, four restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.
The Regional Rooms Reservation Agent will play a crucial role in managing room bookings across both hotels, coordinating reservation systems, and ensuring that guest preferences and needs are met with precision and care. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage room reservations for both Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch, ensuring efficient handling of bookings, inquiries, and adjustments.
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their reservation needs, including special requests and bespoke arrangements.
Maintain a detailed understanding of ongoing promotions, room rates, and special packages across both hotels.
Train and support other reservation agents, promoting consistency and excellence in customer service.
Resolve any reservation issues with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Salary: £25,822 + Service Charge
