Identify Solutions are delighted to working with a large independent UK public policy and social research agency who conduct many of the largest and highest profile studies in the sector. Covering quantitative and qualitative methodologies with a range of expertise across regulated businesses including energy and environment, education and large government departments, the agency work with business to ensure their objectives are achieved using both long term trackers as well as ad-hoc trackers.

Due to growth, we are searching for Research Managers, or a Senior Research Managers across their teams:

• Community Team - working with clients within welfare and wellbeing, and housing
• Education - higher education, and learning and skills
• Economy - focusing on energy and environment, regulation, business and enterprise.

About you:

• You will have experience of working on projects in a similar sector to one of the above (ideally 3+ years)
• Have used both qual and quant methodologies, but it is fine to be a leaning towards one or the other.
• Have a passion for social research
• Have a desire to continue your career within an agency environment

What you will receive:

* Salary of �36,000 - �49,000, depending on experience

* 5% pension contributions
