THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a renowned publishing company focused on the financial sector. They are looking for a telephone researcher that will be able to conduct audience research to influence stakeholder decisions.
THE ROLE
You will:
Conduct telephone research with key stakeholders and investors across the globe
Record responses accurately
Design surveys that will go out to stakeholders
Support on various stages of the research project lifecycle.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
Experience conducting phone interviews
Questionnaire design
Knowledge of excel and spss
Some knowledge of Forst or Decipher
THE INTERVIEW
1st stage: 30 minutes teams interview
2nd stage: Task stage + Presentation
