This role is hybrid and requires working in our midtown office about twice per week.

The team you are joining:
The team you will be joining is the UK Hotspex team located in London. Our team prides itself on versatility and a willingness to learn new skills and seek out new information to solve any problems that we encounter. Thinking outside of the box is inspired by pulling information from diverse and sometimes surprising sources, hence we encourage multi-disciplinary curiosity and utilizing knowledge and experience from many diverse sources. On our team, you will have exposure to improving and implementing new processes and reimagining our methodologies and their applications.
What will I be doing?
As a Research Executive, the main responsibilities will include:
Supporting research managers/senior research executives on quantitative and research projects from inception through to delivery
Contributing to questionnaires and discussion/recruitment guides that meet the needs of the clients and research objectives
Working on data tables, checking data files, and ensuring data quality
Contributing to reports and presentations that deliver insights to meet the client's objectives and checking the deliverables for quality and accuracy
Coordinating with the internal team on the progress of the projects and following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the project is on track
What do I need to bring with me?
Essential:
Post-secondary degree/education in marketing, business, statistics, psychology, sociology, or a related field
Ability to understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, support day-to-day project deliverables
Attention to detail, organized and solutions-focused
Time management skills, working across multiple projects, prioritizing tasks efficiently
Ability to work to tight and demanding deadlines with high-quality outputs
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, client management and coordination skills
Experience in preparing written reports and presentations in English
Proven ability to work well in teams
Proficiency in MS Office tools – a definite must
Desirable:
Knowledge of SPSS and other packages
Understanding of qualitative research
