Harnham is representing an innovative market research firm focused on international, multi-market projects. Their dedicated team collaborates with prominent global brand owners, helping them connect with customers and collaborators worldwide for effective brand building.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Research Director, you will play a vital and dynamic role in delivering outstanding work to our clients. You will actively drive best practice insights in key areas such as strategy, positioning, communications, and innovation. Responsibilities include:
Leading client projects end-to-end
Designing and implementing quantitative research methodologies
Contributing to proposals and client pitches with quantitative insights
Managing and analyzing large datasets to uncover actionable insights
Owning client relationships and ensuring their research needs are met
Synthesizing and presenting research findings in clear, actionable reports
Overseeing the final deliverables and conducting debriefs as necessary
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Research Director will:
Have a wealth of experience in quantitative research and the insights industry, demonstrating steady progression in the field.
Possess an in-depth understanding of quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
Have strong experience working on pharmaceutical and healthcare research.
Be knowledgeable about healthcare and pharma-specific project requirements.
Have experience with various project types, including market segmentation, tracking studies, and conjoint analysis.
Possess entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to join a growing team with opportunities for rapid development and diverse experiences.
Exhibit a strong interest in new technologies, tools, and platforms for delivering insights in 2024 and beyond.
Demonstrate strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop junior team members.
