Job Title: Quantitative Director - Automotive Team
About the Role:
Our client, an insight and strategy agency leader in the rapidly evolving automotive sector, is seeking a dynamic Quantitative Director to join their growing Automotive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive commercial success and uncover key insights within an industry undergoing significant disruption and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quantitative research projects, including ad hoc studies, brand tracking, and car clinics.
Utilise advanced methods (e.g., conjoint analysis, segmentation) and integrate qualitative insights to deliver comprehensive strategy solutions.
Adapt and enhance client relationships, proactively addressing evolving needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Develop and execute personal development plans to drive business unit growth, including setting and monitoring growth metrics, hiring staff based on profitability and strategic criteria, and contributing to overall company success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Automotive Visionary:
Experienced in the automotive sector with a keen understanding of the industry's future convergence with technology (e.g., infotainment, connectivity, autonomous driving). Ready to unlock substantial client budgets through insightful strategies.
Problem Solver:
Proficient in quantitative research methods with a penchant for solving complex problems. Open to emerging methodologies such as analytics, machine learning, and social media intelligence.
Client-Focused:
Proactively adapts to client needs with a can-do attitude, ensuring evolving demands are met and exceeded.
Natural Networker:
Commercially savvy with a talent for networking, setting ambitious targets, and delivering proposals with a wow factor.
Collaborative & Inquisitive:
