Job DescriptionGlobal Consumer Data Analyst (Music Industry)Central London/Hybrid £competitive salary A fantastic opportunity to join a global body representing the music industry. Working in the ‘Charts’ division you will be instrumental in developing the landscape for charts and certifications programs around the world. The role is twofold – working with large global data sets, reporting on activity across markets and also acting as an internal and external account manager, ensuring results are well communicated to varied stakeholders.Key responsibilities:Assisting the team in their efforts to roll out global best practices for charts and certifications programs.Engaging with peers, affiliates, music streaming platforms and research and data providers to ensure global best practices are understood and supported.Supporting annual Global Charts process, ensuring submissions are delivered and engaging closely with participating members to drive adherence to the process steps.Taking the lead on specific initiatives, including sharing charts insights internally within the company, and assisting in project management and administration for the team.Working with market sizing data, market analysis tools, advanced excel and data analysis Experience/skills required:Demonstrable experience analysing and presenting consumer/audience data and insights, and the value they bring to an organisation.Demonstrable experience of develop relationships and communicating in a blue-chip environment, in a professional and engaging manner with external clients and partners.Project management and organisational experience.Experience in a people facing role.Excellent communication skills.A passion for popular music and the charts.The successful candidate will have worked within the consumer/audience team of a multi-national organisation or a commercial/client facing role at market research company. Music industry experience would be ideal, however you could bring a passion for music and experience from another global landscape working with large consider datasets.
