Each member of our team is critical to the success of our business.The Job:Our summer internship program offers role-specific training, hands-on experience, direct mentorship and coaching, and various networking opportunities across the platform. Throughout the program, you will provide valuable work to the business and our clients, strengthen, and develop transferable skills, and there is the potential to join as a full-time analyst in September.What you’ll do:Focused on research and pipeline development, learn the fundamentals of an executive search process, and work closely with business managers, associates, principals, and partners to:Conduct detailed research projects and develop market maps for specific searches.Maintain database records (candidate information, assessments, etc.) that directly impact client materials.Participate in crafting search strategies and identifying qualified candidates to present to the search team.Assist in various knowledge management projects and developing practice expertise to advise on news and trends.Gain exposure to the most innovative growth companies and their business leaders.Candidate Requirements:Curious to unlock your growth potential.Tenacious with a strong work ethic and commitment to solving problems.Excited by research and analysis.Able to operate within and embrace ambiguity.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Strong work ethic and agile problem solver.Organised and able to manage multiple projects.Strong communicator with an ability to easily establish trust.Altruistic and team-oriented - willingness to put others before yourself.We are an equal opportunity employer.
