Requirements Engineer

Position Available : Requirements Engineer
Location : Hertfordshire (Hybrid) & Dynamic Working Hours
Salary : Up to £55,000 + Company Bonus & Very Good Pension Package
Experience needed : Experience of requirements management and technical report writing within a complex, high-technology manufacturing or engineering industry such as defence, aerospace, automotive, maritime, nuclear and similar.

We currently have several vacancies available as Requirements Engineers to join our team who are responsible for the definition of the seeker system design and the subsystems. As a team we are responsible for supporting our various programmes, working with our customers and suppliers towards developing and integrating the next generation RF seekers. There are numerous progression and development opportunities available, as well as interaction with stakeholders across dynamic engineering teams.
What we need from you:
Knowledge of requirements management toolsets e.g. DOORS
The ability to define and conduct systems studies in order to inform requirements
Good data analysis and technical report writing skills
