We are looking for a talented and motivated Reporting Specialist to join us at Realtime Agency, a fast-growing performance and brand marketing agency. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of our reporting and analytics team, and collaborate with our
operational/activation
teams to support data-driven decision making across our global accounts, including multi-billion dollar companies and household brands.You will be a fast learner and independent problem solver who has proven experience handling complex data sets and building comprehensive and detailed reports. Your analytical skills and data-driven approach will be paramount to the success of our clients, and your success in the role. You’ll also need to be able to balance competing priorities and communicate across several different teams effectively. Finally, you will be motivated by working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, never failing to demonstrate kindness, integrity, and respect for your clients and your colleagues; taking pride in your work, and collaborating in a kind and respectful way with others.Key ResponsibilitiesConnect, harmonise, and visualise data across global client accounts and all marketing channels through our marketing analytics software, Datorama and Looker Studio.Monitor and oversee daily reporting infrastructure to ensure accuracy across all dashboards and reports.Go beyond data collection to analyse data - identifying trends and insights to maximise performance efficiency and client success.Be an expert and a leading resource within the company on reporting capabilities of all our marketing platforms, such as Meta, Google, X, DV360, TikTok, Pinterest, Campaign Manager 360, Snapchat, and more; as well as other data sources, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, HubSpot, and more.Lead on strategic reporting improvements across accounts and channels, including tracking media pacing, templatizing and automating regular client reports, supporting performance deck builds, and more.Streamline existing reporting processes and improve efficiency for the reporting and operations teams.Triage and execute one off requests from our account and channel teams in a prioritised manner, proactively communicating deadlines and status updates as appropriate.Assist with website and conversion tracking implementation and optimisation.Stay at the forefront of industry trends, innovation, and best practices. Grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to the team.You’re the right person for the role if you have:2-3 years of data analytics experience.2.1 minimum at degree level (or equivalent).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualisation (software-agnostic).Experience with Salesforce Datorama, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio preferred.Experience with SQL/R is helpful, but not required.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Well-organised and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.A passion for analytics and learning!About the Realtime AgencyWe’re Realtime Agency.
