Signature Recruitment is excited to present a temporary, full-time opportunity as a Reporting Manager with a renowned London university. This hybrid role, with 2 days in the office and 3 at home, is designed for professionals who excel in administrative support, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication. As Reporting Manager, you will join the Business Operations Team within the Faculty of Nursing. Here you will oversee the faculty’s contractual and financial relationships with healthcare course providers and governmental departments. Your expertise will ensure the efficient management of post-qualification and postgraduate taught programmes, alongside short courses. You’ll be responsible for the accurate implementation of sponsorship arrangements, maintaining up-to-date systems and records, and delivering comprehensive financial and statutory reports to both university colleagues and external partners. Reporting Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manage contractual and financial arrangements for courses, ensuring timely processing of sponsorship income and accurate application to students’ tuition fees. Manage the faculty’s sponsorship budget and financial reporting. Produce regular reports on funding usage for partners. Handle the faculty’s shared mailbox, addressing queries from partners and students regarding sponsorships. Compile and maintain diverse financial and academic datasets, providing detailed reports to trusts, regulatory bodies, and health education entities. Foster excellent relationships with customers, partners, and students, ensuring a high standard of service and communication.
Reporting Manager Key Skills:
Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using VLookUp, XLookUp, and other complex formulas. Familiarity with finance systems such as AGRESSO or ORACLE, and SITS systems, with knowledge of POWER BI being highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a background in higher education health faculty settings or collaboration with the NHS. Resourceful, proactive, and flexible, with a keen emphasis on team success.
