Homes for Students is one of the UK's leading providers of student accommodation.
We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday . You will help working with all areas of the business and support the delivery of our business objectives across all key sales and marketing performance indicators by supporting the Revenue and Systems Manager.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Support with weekly and monhtly client reporting, insight reporting
Multiple internal and external ad hoc reporting
Prepare data for ad hoc requests where required
Conduct monthly audits on key processes to ensure control points are being followed correctly
Produce weekly reports to track budget spend
Complete various administrative tasks as required
Physical Demands:
Must be able to view computer screens and other electronic equipment and paper reports for extended periods of time where visual strain may result
Skills and Abilities:
Strong written, communication and numeric skills
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
IT literate Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Naturally inquisitive with the urge to develop knowledge and understand all elements of the business
Ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to achieve goals and targets within timescales

Proficient in the Microsoft Office package
Strong Excel skills
Experience of working within various systems
