Our client a market leader in their industry and a recognised name are currently recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to join the team in Redhill, Surrey. Good Hybrid working patternJob DescriptionAs a Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for providing support across numerous key areas of the FP&A team, including:Preparation and submission of quarterly, half year and full year results, budget and forecasts to group via the companies consolidation system and P&L Reporting (Magnitude & Pandore)Preparation of variance analysis and management reports for UK&I region for clearance meetings and UK&I Excom meetingsPreparation of analysis and reporting packs for Contracts for distribution to regional partnersSupport to Cost Accounting Manager in relation to Intercompany rebilling process for Contracts (allocation keys, transfer pricing aspects)Preparation of profitability reporting for International contractsSupport to the FP&A team with financial modelling, as well as identifying and implementing reporting process improvement initiativesImplement best practice and standards when delivering analytics and reportingThe Successful ApplicantACCA / CIMA / ACA Finalist or Part Qualified, Qualified by experience also consideredIdeally experience in a similar role or exposure to similar responsibilitiesProblem-solving, organisational and prioritization skillsAbility to work to multiple deadlines and deliverablesStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful business storyA confident and professional attitudeAbility to communicate complex topics in a clear, concise and logical mannerProficiency in MS Excel, ability to understand and apply formulasAbility to collaborate with finance and non-finance teams to achieve resultsWhat's on OfferSalary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and accoutancy qualifications, salary is broad as the client is considering varying levels of experience.Bonus of up to 5% -10%Study SupportMonday to Friday 9-5 with an hours lunch (35 hours a week),Hybrid Working with 2 days a week working from the office and 3 days working from homeLife Assurance 4x salaryOption to invest into shareplan and purchase shares at a discounted price.22 Days holiday plus bank holidays, holiday rises 1 day for every year of employmentThis website has app functionality.
