A 6 months+ opportunity for a Repairs Work Planner Scheduler has arisen with the local authorities in cambridge.

Location: CB4 0GU
Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: 6+ months
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 hours p/w
Pay rate: �17.59 - �19.71 p/h

As the Repairs Administrator, your duties will include:

  • To manage co-ordinate and monitor building services appointments on a daily basis including reallocation of work to operatives to ensure appointments are achieved on target during sickness absence, holiday periods and prioritise jobs based on urgency.
  • Monitor performance to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
  • Ensure that building services works carried out by trade operatives and sub-contractors are accurately recorded and processed to deadline.
  • Provide support to the building response supervisor to ensure service runs smoothly at all times.

Skills and experience:

  • Building construction or trade related qualification (at NVQ 3/ONC or equivalent or equivalent proven ability/experience).
  • Must have experience of working in the social housing sector.
  • Relevant experience of work planning and utilising IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Relevant experience of repairs and maintenance sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
