Repairs Surveyor

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity�for a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee responsive repairs.

As a Maintenance Surveyor you will;

-Undertake pre and post inspections of works

-Damp surveys

-Diagnosis of defects

-Identification of structural repairs

-Management of void refurbishments

-Delivery of the works on site

-Management of H&S�

Candidates should have experience of either managing responsive repairs or voids. Experience working�as a surveyor, good defect diagnosis experience, must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Offering hybrid working, excellent working conditions, 3 -6 months initially with scope to continue into a long-term contract/ permanent.
