We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a social housing provider, who are looking for a Repairs Supervisor based in Cornwall.

Day to Day:

This role will involve managing sub-contractors, pre and post inspections, managing progress of responsive repairs in Cornwall.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

•      Experience of Supervising a multi trade operative team
•      Good sound general building background
•      Experience of checking quality of works
•      Experience of managing a responsive repairs process
•      Good Health & Safety knowledge
