Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor to join one of our Derbyshire based clients on a temporary ongoing contract

Duties of the Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor include:

• Managing a team of Property Services Engineers to deliver service requirements, including planning workloads
• Ensuring that properties are repaired to the companies lettable standard and returned to the lettings team ready to let in the shortest time possible
• Conducting pre and post inspections
• Monitoring and directly controlling the use of other resources including materials, plant, vehicles, hand held devices etc
• Operating and maintaining safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of companies Health & Safety policies

The ideal Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor candidate will have:

• Previous experience with management of Trades staff
• Full driving licence
