Repairs Advisor

Public Body�based in Dartford�are seeking a Repairs Advisor to join their team.

Main purpose: To support the Repairs department�

Contract length: 3-6 months temporary

Hours:35 hours per week

Working pattern: Office based 5 days per week

Responsibilities:�

• Take all first point of contact calls�


• Manage the department inbox


• Know the progress and status of all outstanding works


• Log, diagnose and raise new repairs


• Ensure contractors, suppliers, residents and clients are well-informed at all times


• Ensure clients�get prompt and helpful responses to their queries


• Ensure all�records are accurate and documentation can always be found where it should be


• Ensure all databases are populated as required and any missing data is highlighted and requested


• Manage and action all no access, it is critical that the no access process is followed through on all compliance areas


• Act as a principle/key point of contact for team enquiries, taking telephone call and dealing with minor issues etc

It is essential to have previous�experience working within a Housing, Property or Public Body environment.
