Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Repairs Administrator based in Redditch. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- Taking calls and enquiries from customers regarding repairs and other related questions, scheduling call backs when needed and actioning as appropriate
- Working with contractors to schedule appointments and repair visits
- Placing work orders on various calendars, systems and CRM's
- Dealing with administrative tasks e including filing, maintain all manual and computer records, processing invoices, and raising orders for contractors.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong call handling skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong organisational skills
