VANRATH have partnered with Ireland's largest motorhome dealers. The client is seeking to hire a customer facing Rental Manager to look after fleets of vehicles and the administration and service that comes with it.Location:DromoreSalary:£27,500 - £30,000 (Highly experienced candidates may be considered at a slightly higher salary)Requirements:Accurately setting up new customers on internal systemsGenerating hire quotes, agreements and deal sheetsArranging insurance coverCompletion of inter company invoicing, customer invoicing and arranging creditsDealing with customer account queries, processing and allocating customer paymentsAdministration and completion of vehicle tax booksAdministration (payment/invoicing) of incurred rental vehicle road fines and chargesManagement and administration of vehicle set up processesManagement and administration of vehicle sale processes including de-fleeting processesJob Requirements & Qualifications:Possess relevant strong administration experience within a commercial business settingExperience of working in a vehicle fleet administration role would be highly advantageousPossess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and written and both internally and externallyPossess an excellent level of computer proficiency and demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft ExcelExperience of Sage accounts would be desirablePossess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailSome feedback from recent VANRATH candidates-''Vanrath have been an absolute pleasure to work with from initial job discussions to job offer and I would recommend them as the first point of call for anyone looking for exciting new opportunities.''''I had a great experience with Vanrath, who got me through the door to my current workplace, and have been supportive through and through.
