Position: Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will lead our team in executing one or more projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets outlined in project agreements. Operating within our Quality Management System (QMS), you'll oversee internal and external reporting, focusing on project financial health, client satisfaction, and team performance. Your responsibilities will include managing high-profile projects for key clients, requiring daily oversight and coordination.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who possesses:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Technical proficiency alongside organizational acumen.
Experience in leading project planning and management activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
Proficiency in end-to-end project management, including status reporting, issue identification, and risk management.
Ability to present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Experience in assigning tasks to technical personnel, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges.
Capability to manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Aptitude in resolving risks, issues, and dependencies, utilizing appropriate communication channels and escalation procedures.
Adherence to quality management standards and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in the Life Sciences industry. Consulting experience is essential. PMP certification preferred. Proficiency in Life Sciences industry operations. Previous experience with Documentum, Generis, Veeva, IT, or migration projects is required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with teams, leadership, and clients. Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Some travel may be required, but this is a remote-based position. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
