Remote working Residential Conveyancer

Full time, permanent position

LHH are pleased to be working with an innovative specialist Conveyancing firm, who are looking for talented and ambitious Property Lawyers to join their team, on a fully remote basis.

The firm are renowned for providing an exceptional level of client service, through their technology led platform which aims to make the conveyancing process as simple and stress free as possible.

The firm are innovative in their approach, having built and designed their own case management system to support their fee earners to delivering 5* customer service.

The Role

• Handling matters of residential conveyancing files, from inception to completion, there is no personal caseload.
• To include freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, new build, and shared ownership matters
• Reviewing title documentation, raising any necessary enquiries, and reporting findings to the client
• Providing an exceptional level of service to clients, to ensure that the high standards of the business are met.

The Requirements

• You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX of at least 3 years experience running your own cases from inception to completion.
• Able to deal with a full caseload independently
• Confident dealing with more complex cases such as new build and shared ownership
• Able to manage time effectively and prioritise urgent tasks accordingly
• A people person, able to confidently explain the technicalities of a case to the client in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient user of a case management system
