What Will I Be Doing?

• Leading and managing assessment and safeguarding teams within a supportive local authority environment.

• Overseeing and facilitating the assessment and safeguarding processes for children and families, ensuring their well-being and safety.

• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a nurturing and abortive working culture.
