Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Relief Chef Manager to join an established contract catering outfit in North London.
This position is ideal for an experienced Chef Manager who has a good understanding of the full catering offering from staff and customer satisfaction to financial and budgetary control.
The role is Monday-Friday, and offers a great step for a Chef Manager looking to take a step up. Contracts vary in size between 500-1200 per site.
The Successful Candidate:
* Must be CRAFT trained
* You will have experience in a similar role and or be a strong Chef Manager
* Be confident running multiple sites
* Excellent client & customer relationships
* Strong financials
* Excellent communicator verbal and non-verbal
* A passion for food and service
