Salary / Rate of pay: £15.00 to 20.00 per hour

Platinum Recruitment will be working with a number of hotels, pubs and restaurants on the Isle of Wight, who are gearing up for what is looking to be, another busy season! With this in mind, we are looking for relief chefs of all levels who would like to work on the Island on a temporary basis

Average hourly rate -

• Chef De Partie - From £15.00 + Holiday
• Sous Chef - From £16.00 + Holiday
• Head Chef - from £18.00 + Holiday
