Reliability Engineer

Job Opportunity:
Are you an existing Reliability Engineer / Asset Care Engineer / CI Engineer who's seeking new challenges or Multi-skilled Engineer / Engineering Supervisor with experience managing contractors and implementing reliability techniques?
Location: Cambridgeshire (Commutable from: Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Royston, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, and Ely).
Schedule: Monday-Friday - days
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
You will:
Ensure asset maintenance is completed to the highest standard
Maximize machine availability and ensure all compliance standards are met
Implement permanent corrective measures to reduce downtime
Demonstrate leadership regarding health & safety
Champion RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
Develop and implement PM (Preventive Maintenance) strategy
Oversee shutdowns and machinery overhauls
Be involved in a range of projects, process improvement, and new installations
Ideally, you will be a time-served, mechanical / electrical / multi-skilled engineer with experience managing contractors, using reliability and maintenance techniques, continuous improvement, and RCA.
You must have:
A positive attitude and be open-minded towards change
A proactive approach and passion about what you do
